SSH hosts: ~\.ssh\ws-creator\<name>.conf, included from ~\.ssh\config, through
wsl.exe and nc: no port exposed.
In the distro: /etc/ws-creator-profile marks a ws-creator distro (required by purge);
/etc/ws-creator/hooks holds the git hooks.
